Kathy vs Bernadette

According to many this match-up was the best-planned NLWL match so far. Kathy the favorite of the match according to most analysts was clad in a shiny black ultra-tight one piece bathing suit complete with black fishnets. Bernadette, the underdog wore a shiny pink leotard and pink lycra pantyhose. The first round began with Kathy apparently in control. The weird thing was, that even though Kathy is not considered a technical submission wrestler, she was deliberately keeping Bernadette on the mat locking in hold after hold, probably to surprise her. Bernadette’s counter-strategy worked like a charm though. Squirming her way out of hold after hold she had Kathy pretty exhausted after a short while, then she quickly snared her in a bow and arrow in which Kathy had no choice but to declare her submission.

As the torrid round came to a conclusion (always nice to see two lycra-clad lady warriors in sweaty nylon on nylon action on the mat) it was obvious the huntress had become the hunted. Feeling the do-or-die pressure in the second round, Kathy switched back to her comfort zone: old-school wrestling. She threw Bernadette from pillar to post and managed to land a legdrop off the top rope to secure the sexy leghook pin for the equalizer. She had consumed so much energy on her second round onslaught though, she had none left for the third- decisive – one. Her girlfriend poured water down her leotard during the break but that too failed to get the wrestlerette going. Bernadette on the other hand, was relatively well-rested after a round in which all she did was to make sure she gave Kathy a run for her money.

The third round began with Bernadette in firm control as Kathy was obviously desperate for achieving positions in which she could catch her breath. It would all end in a salvo of bodyslams though at the end of which Bernadette gave Kathy a ring-shaking Electric Chair.
